Skischaukel Kappl & See Opening

12 - 14 December 2025

Perfectly groomed slopes, modern facilities, and lots of highlights for children and freeriders will make your winter day a real experience. Whether you want to take it easy with the kids or get sporty in the powder – here you will find exactly what you are looking for. From December 12 to 14, 2025, Kappl & See will be celebrating the grand reopening of the new Diasbahn and the new Familieglückbahn. We have prepared a varied programme for you and would be delighted if you could join us!

Dias lift in Kappl

2025 will bring an exciting innovation to the Kappl ski resort: Bergbahnen Kappl will replace the old Diasbahn with a state-of-the-art Doppelmayr gondola lift, which was previously used at the 2023 Federal Horticultural Show in Mannheim. This new facility promises a combination of cutting-edge technology and first-class comfort – tailored to the needs of guests in both summer and winter.

Familienglückbahn See

The reuse of the Höllbodenbahn cable car in the ‘Familienglück’ project is not only a logistical masterpiece, but also a clear commitment to sustainability. Instead of opting for a completely new cable car, we are combining proven quality with a modern usage concept. This saves resources, protects the environment and, at the same time, brings a cable car with history back into active service.
