Innovations- & Destinationsmanager (m/w/d)

• Development of innovative and flagship projects with international appeal: from conception to implementation in collaboration with the operational departments Brand/Partner & Communication & Event
• Strategic development of marketing strategy: focus topics, market observation, identification of new potential markets, participation in workshops in the focus and potential markets, particularly in cooperation with the Austrian Tourist Board
• Interface to the operational areas of Brand/Partner & Communication, as well as Events and Product Development
• Strategic management of the operational areas as a staff unit of the management
• Direct reporting to management and the marketing director
• Participation in and preparation for board and supervisory board meetings, as well as regular consultations with the marketing board
• Contact point for various stakeholders in the Paznaun – Ischgl region, Austria Tourist Board and Tyrol Tourist Board
• Budget responsibility for projects & innovations

• Completed degree (university/technical college) with a focus on media studies | marketing | business administration | tourism or comparable training
• At least five years of experience in a generalist marketing function or in a similarly responsible marketing position in tourism
• Project management experience with budget control and management
• high level of commitment, flexibility and resilience

• good time management, organizational talent and a structured, committed and results-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills, consulting skills and team player mentality
• Very good knowledge of German and English (multilingualism is an advantage)
