Reception and support for our international guests
Check-in and check-out with control, collection and conclusion of guest bills
Cash management
Telephone exchange
Maintaining the guest profile and handling guest correspondence
Editing of the menus for our half-board restaurant
Morning mail with translations
Entry and booking of additional services
safe and independent execution of all reception tasks

Professional experience is an advantage / or HGA degree
pleasant character, always polite and with a smile on his face
quick grasp
relevant professional experience in a comparable position
excellent communication skills with good linguistic expression
very good IT skills, ideally experience with the hotel software ELITE
Fluent written and spoken German and English
structured, organized and independent way of working
Sense of responsibility
Flexibility, teamwork and resilience
Host with body and soul
well-groomed appearance
