"Golden Summits" event series extends eventful active autumn in Paznaun

A sky full of paragliders, Olympic cheese specialities or World Cup medals for everyone - Paznaun guests will experience an extended active autumn from 31 August to 13 October 2024 as part of the Golden Summits with exciting sporting events to take part in and marvel at, diverse offers for hiking, biking or climbing as well as very special culinary and cultural events.

In autumn, the Golden Summits event series attracts visitors to the villages of Galtür, Ischgl, Kappl and See with numerous cultural, sporting and culinary highlights. On the programme from 31 August to 13 October: explore the autumnal Paznaun mountains in all their facets, try out new things and enjoy them. Challenging sporting events include the E-Bike World Championships for everyone in Ischgl from 5 to 7 September or the Hike & Fly event Wanderbird Trophy as well as the "Geigerman" relay triathlon with trail running, paragliding and mountain biking from 4 to 6 October in Kappl and See. Active holidaymakers can discover hidden natural gems on guided hikes or with sporty bike & hike offers and explore the varied Paznaun mountains. Gourmets can enjoy the delights of the Paznaun Alpine huts, taste the award-winning products of the 30th International Alpine Cheese Olympics in Galtür on 28 September or sample regional delicacies at the Paznaun Market Day in Ischgl on 31 August. On the cultural side, the "Schlager Night" with live concerts by pop stars Francine Jordi and Marc Pircher in See on 27 September, 17 classical music concerts in four days from 3 to 6 October at the "2nd Ischgl Classics" and colourful Alpine cattle drives are on the programme.
