Klettersteig Kleinlitzner - Galtür

You are not yet a confirmed mountaineer, but you have already gained your first via ferrata experience? An exciting course, plenty of air under your mountain boots, but without maximum difficulties - that's what awaits you on the Kleinlitzner via ferrata in Galtür. And not only that! The summit of the local mountain lies at 2,783 metres. From there you have a dream view of the glaciated three-thousanders of the Silvretta. 

Equipment tip: via ferrata set, helmet, hip belt and gloves can be rented for a small fee at the Saarbrücker Hütte. Ideal for those who do not have their own climbing equipment.


The via ferrata
Directly at the entrance is a difficult key section. Almost vertical and with only a few pins, the route begins. Further up, there are more challenging passages over crossbands and rock gullies. Shortly before the summit, you reach an airy but short ridge.

Die Autobahn (A12 (westwärts) od. A14 (ostwärts)) führt dich auf die Arlbergschnellstraße (S 16). Bei der Ausfahrt Pians biege auf die Paznauntalstraße (B 188) ab und folge deren Verlauf ins Paznaun.

Mit dem Bahnhof in Landeck ist das Paznaun bestens an das österreichische Zugnetz angebunden. Vom Bahnhof Landeck-Zams trennt dich nur noch eine kurze Busfahrt vom Paznaun. Halbstündlich verkehrt von dort der Linienbus 260 durchs Tal. Haltestelle: Bielerhöhe Silvrettasee
