The E-Bike World Championship for Everyone, organised by the Paznaun - Ischgl Tourism Association and the E-Bike World Federation, will take place from 4 to 6 September 2025 in Ischgl and Galtür. In line with the E-Bike World Federation's motto "Everyone a winner", everyone from young to old, professional or occasional cyclists and all levels of ability can take part. Registration is already open and places are limited.

World champion title up for grabs in Ischgl: The E-bike World Championships for Everyone will be held in Ischgl and Galtür for the 5th time, bringing the world championship title within reach for professional athletes and occasional cyclists. The two Paznaun towns, known for their first-class conditions for outdoor sports, are once again the ideal venue for this event. The world's largest e-bike racing event is organised by the Paznaun - Ischgl Tourism Association and the E-Bike World Federation.

In addition to the established "Elite" and "Everyone" classes, the "Everyone Advanced" class will be introduced for the first time in 2025. This means that the event is aimed even more specifically at all performance levels:

  • Elite route: The technically demanding Elite route with steep uphill and downhill sections and challenging terrain demands everything from ambitious e-bikers and professionals.
  • Everyman route: For everyone aged 10 and over, no upper limit. The course requires no special riding technique and has a technically moderate route on wide paths.
  • NEW: Everyman Advanced course: This new class lies between the Everyman and Elite classifications. The course offers wide paths and narrow trails for advanced riders.

In addition to the individual classification, there is also a team classification. Friends, clubs or families can compete as a team and master the challenges of the routes together.

NEW: Flexible start mode for everyone classes

For the first time, participants in the "Everyman" and "Everyman Advanced" classes will be offered a selectable start mode:

  • "Race for time" mode - start in blocks: Participants will start in blocks with a time interval of at least three minutes. Those who beat the specified time limits are rewarded with an official World Championship medal in gold, silver or bronze.
  • Race without time" mode - start in a protected block: Participants start stress-free and without time pressure in a protected block with longer start time intervals. Those who successfully complete the entire route will receive a finisher medal.

Attractive supporting programme and e-bike expo

In addition to the exciting competitions, visitors can look forward to a varied supporting programme. The large e-bike expo presents the latest trends, models and technologies in the field of e-bikes. From special accessories and modern bike clothing to the latest e-mountainbikes - interested visitors can not only take a look, but also test the products directly on site. There will also be musical entertainment, culinary highlights and numerous opportunities to socialise with like-minded people.

Fox hunt and sun.downer

On Thursday evening, the popular fox hunt sends e-bikers on the trail of a "vixen" on the uphill route towards Idalp, who leads the field with a head start but without electricity. ÖSV cross-country skiing pro Teresa Stadlober takes on the role of the vixen again this year. The "energised" hunters have to catch up with the vixen. Reward for successful hunters: 100 Euro.

There will be a sun.downer for spectators and participants on the evening of the event, followed by an award ceremony in the Alpenhaus.
