Paznaun - Ischgl CREW promotes employees and young talent in the 2024/25 winter season

The Paznaun - Ischgl CREW, which was launched in 2018, will once again offer extensive offers and benefits for employees in Paznaun in the coming 2024/25 winter season. The digital CREW Card, which was available digitally for the first time last winter, gives employees access to over 300 exclusive CREW benefits throughout the valley. These include free rides up and down the mountain, discounts on hire items, catering discounts and much more.

As part of the CREW Academy, a variety of exciting and instructive courses will once again be offered to support employees in their professional and personal development and to expand their skills. The courses on offer include champagne training, sweet wine and cocktail courses, barista courses, German courses and first aid courses.

In addition to professional and personal development, the Paznaun also offers plenty of leisure activities in line with the motto #bestplacetowork. The CREW activities offer numerous opportunities, such as skiing, snowshoe and winter hikes and much more. Leisure activities not only promote cohesion within the CREW community, but also contribute to a healthy work-life balance.

With the digital CREW Card, all CREW activities and courses within the CREW Academy can be conveniently booked via smartphone. In winter 2023/24, 2,400 cards were issued, which underlines the popularity of the offer.

The Paznaun - Ischgl CREW regularly carries out professional advertising campaigns that are played out internationally. The campaigns refer directly to the TVB job exchange in order to find skilled labour for the region in an even more targeted manner.

Targeted promotion of young talent strengthens the skilled labour of the future

The Paznaun - Ischgl CREW continues to focus on the targeted promotion of young professionals in order to counteract the shortage of skilled labour in the region. As part of this, the Tourism Games by Ischgl took place for the first time in April 2024, where young talents from tourism businesses and schools competed against each other in the categories of cooking, bartending and marketing to master given tasks in the respective categories. The Tourism Games by Ischgl offer an excellent opportunity to demonstrate one's own skills and strengths in tourism and to grow beyond one's own limits. The second edition will take place on 10 and 11 April 2025.

In addition, the Talentetreff at the Paznaun secondary school in Kappl and the Apprentice Day at the polytechnic school in Landeck were held on 18 and 20 September 2024. Pupils were given practical insights into various professions, from the tourism industry to the (hairdressing) trade and the construction industry. The aim of the events is to get young people interested in different apprenticeships and to secure the next generation of skilled labour in the region.
