The tourist resort of Ischgl is a premium partner of the BOSS OPEN in Stuttgart - a traditional ATP Tour tournament that has been held on grass since 2015. The partnership is set to run for three years and combines Alpine lifestyle with world-class tennis.
The BOSS OPEN will take place at the TC Weissenhof in Stuttgart from 7 to 15 June 2025. Ischgl will be a premium partner for the first time. The collaboration has been agreed for three years and aims to jointly stage a high-quality lifestyle experience. The focus of this year's appearance at the BOSS OPEN is the presence of the Tyrolean tourist resort of Ischgl in the "Activity Area" of the event site. A special highlight awaits guests on 12 June 2025: the Ischgl Night - an exclusive evening full of gourmet moments. Benjamin Parth, a 5-toque chef and two-time MICHELIN Guide star winner, will be responsible for the culinary staging. The top chef inspires with award-winning creations that reinterpret French classics in a modern way: purist, refined and cosmopolitan. Visitors can expect an alpine, sporting and culinary brand experience that underlines Ischgl's position as a year-round holiday destination.
A tournament with a long tradition and international format
The BOSS OPEN is an ATP 250 tournament and is part of the grass court season, which culminates in the Grand Slam tournament at Wimbledon. Having been held for the first time in 1898, the tournament in Stuttgart can look back on a history of more than 120 years. Since the switch from clay to grass in 2015, the tournament has established itself as an important date on the road to Wimbledon. The tournament is organised by the e|motion group, which also organises tournaments in Vienna and Mallorca.
Top players use Stuttgart as a dress rehearsal for Wimbledon
The BOSS OPEN attracts well-known tennis professionals every year. In the past, top stars such as Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Dominic Thiem have added their names to the list of winners. Prominent names are expected again in 2025 - including Germany's number one Alexander Zverev, the strong US quartet Taylor Fritz, Tommy Paul, Ben Shelton and Frances Tiafoe, Italian Wimbledon finalist and two-time Stuttgart winner Matteo Berrettini and French tennis entertainer Gael Monfils. Their participation promises an exciting and high-class tournament.
Premium partnership as a strategic investment
With its involvement in Stuttgart, Ischgl is once again expanding its brand presence on the German market. The tournament's target group - urban, sporty, quality-orientated - corresponds exactly to the guest segment that Ischgl also wants to appeal to in summer. The combination of top-class sport, event culture and culinary offerings makes the BOSS OPEN the ideal platform. The three-year duration creates a reliable framework for recurring activations and new formats - such as exclusive hospitality offers, joint media co-operations or accompanying events in Ischgl.
Shared values: quality, experience and style
The connection between one of the best-known Alpine tourist resorts and an international sporting event is more than just visibility: both partners stand for first-class infrastructure, high service standards and a distinctive brand experience. Ischgl will not only be present on site as an exhibitor and host, but will also be involved in communication measures relating to the tournament - online, on TV and at press and partner events.
